About Bernadette Wirtz

Bernadette Wirtz, the founder and owner of Diligence Consulting Services, has an established track record of successfully leveraging a collaborative leadership style and strategic planning skills to deliver highly successful L&D projects for global educational and training organisations. She has over 20 years of experience in creating learning product strategy, developing quality learning solutions and delivering training solutions for organisations including TAFE Queensland, Oxford University Press, BBC Worldwide, and Macmillan Education.

Bernadette holds a Master's degree in Business Administration, a Post-Graduate Bachelor of Education and a BA in Linguistics. Bernadette is committed to ongoing professional growth and is completing a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122). She has a strong interest in supporting growth of LLND skills in the Australian VET sector to meet current and future employment skill needs.
